Summary
1. Digital product nature
When you purchase the AI Ready Prompt Vault, you receive immediate access to the full library of prompts. Because the product cannot be "returned" once delivered, we treat all purchases as final unless one of the conditions below applies.
2. When a refund may be considered
We will review refund requests made within 7 days of purchase if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
- You did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue on our end, and our support team was unable to resolve it
- The product you received is materially different from what was described on the sales page
Refund requests made outside these conditions, or based on "I changed my mind" or "I didn't use it," will not be approved.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at help@excelskillsacademy.in within 7 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Processing approved refunds
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge any refund fee.
5. Access after a refund
If a refund is approved, your access to the AI Ready Prompt Vault will be revoked.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first — we will do our best to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access being revoked and future purchases being declined.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect when changes were made.
